When can I check in or check out?
You can check in after 14:00PM and check out before 12:00AM.
Can the staff understand English?
Yes, Bonaventure Apartments have attendants to serve our English-speaking clients.
Are there supermarkets and convenience stores in the neighborhood?
Yes, stores for daily needs are within 5 minutes distance from Bonaventure Apartments.
Is housekeeping service included in the rent?
Yes. Room cleaning and bedmaking are excluded. We charge $5 for that service.
Can we keep pets?
No, pets are not allowed in the apartments.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
How many people can reside in an apartment?
2 Bedrooms: up to 3 people.
2 Bedrooms: up to 4 people.
May I rent your apartment for one week?
Yes, our minimum short stay is one day.
What will be in my apartment?
Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, pillows and blankets.
Depending on the apartment, the following may be included (check the specific details on the website):
– Air conditioning.
– Washing machine Excluded (ask for this service).
-TV (Netflix and Amazon Prime).
– Internet access.
– Coffee maker (kettle).
Which payment methods are accepted for my reservation?
We accept cash on location. If you book on Airbnb you can do the payment there. We accept USD/Euro/SRD.
